Begin by visiting OurFreedom.ai and logging in with your credentials. If you’re using the mobile app, ensure you’re on the home screen.
Once logged in, locate and click the “Mail” option in your dashboard. This is your starting point for sending physical correspondence.
Select the “Send Postcard” feature to access our easy-to-use postcard creation tool.
Upload a meaningful image to feature on the front of your postcard. This could be a family photo, scenic view, or memorable moment. If you don’t have a photo ready, our AI assistant Carla can help you generate one.
Use the provided text box to compose your message. Whether you’re sharing news, encouragement, or simply saying hello, this space is your opportunity to provide connection and support.
If you’re unsure what to write, click “Ask Carla”. Our AI assistant can help you draft a thoughtful message or suggest a relevant image, perfect for those moments when words are hard to find.
Double-check your loved one’s facility address for accuracy. You can edit it using the pencil icon if changes are needed.
Once everything looks good, click “Send”. We’ll handle the printing, postage, and mailing. Your loved one will receive a high-quality physical postcard directly at their facility.
